Imre Szekeres
Imre Szekeres (born 9 September 1950) is a Hungarian people, Hungarian politician of the Hungarian Socialist Party (MSZP) and former Minister of Defense. Biography Szekeres was born in Szolnok. He is married to a chemical engineer; they have two children. He graduated from the University of Pannonia, Veszprém University of Chemical Engineering as a chemical systems engineer in 1974. After graduation he spent three years at the Cybernetics Institute of the University as an assistant lecturer while studying for a PhD degree. The subject of his 1977 PhD dissertation was the development of artificial intelligence. In 1985, he joined to the City Council of Veszprém, where he later became the deputy chairman. He was one of the first promoters and organizers of the reformist circle movement in Veszprém county. The Minister of Defence of Hungary ( hu, Magyarország honvédelmi minisztere) is a member of the Hungarian cabinet and the head of the Ministry of Defence. The Saab JAS 39 Gripen (; English: ''griffin'') is a light single-engine multirole fighter aircraft manufactured by the Swedish aerospace and defense company Saab AB. The Gripen has a delta wing and canard configuration with relaxed stability design and fly-by-wire flight controls. Péter Kiss
Péter Kiss (11 June 1959 – 29 July 2014) was a Hungarian Socialist politician. In Bajnai's government, he was a minister without portfolio. He was one of the candidates to succeed Péter Medgyessy as prime minister in 2004 but lost to Ferenc Gyurcsány. Career In 1983 he graduated from the Technical University in Budapest, majoring in engineering. He was a member of the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers and the Society of Economic Sciences. In 1989 he was a founder and first leader of the Left Youth Association. Since 1992, he was a board member of the Hungarian Socialist Party (MSZP), and since 1994 a member of its presidium.
