Imexbank
JSCB "IMEXBANK" ( uk, ІМЕКСБАНК) was one of the largest commercial banks in Ukraine based in the city of Odessa. It was founded on March 29, 1994. The bank's primary owner was Leonid Klimov. On January 27, 2015, the National Bank of Ukraine declared Imexbank insolvent and introduced a temporary administration for a period of three months. On May 27, 2015, the Deposit Guarantee Fund of Ukraine made a decision to liquidate Imexbank. History IMEXBANK was opened on March 29, 1994. In 1998, the bank expanded outside of Odesa region, having opened a branch in Kyiv. In 2002, the bank received a license from the international payment system MasterCard International, opening branches in Dnipro, Zaporizhia, Mykolayiv and Rivne. In 2003, IMEXBANK joined the international interbank payment system SWIFT. Chornomorets Stadium
The Chernomorets Stadium (, ''Stadium "Chornomorets'"'') is a football stadium built in 2011 in Odesa, Ukraine. The stadium has a capacity of 34,164 and is the home of FC Chornomorets Odesa. The inaugural match, between FC Chornomorets Odesa and FC Karpaty Lviv, was played on 19 November 2011, and ended with a 2–2 draw. The first goal was scored by Vitaliy Balashov in the 46th minute from a penalty. The stadium was constructed on the site of the old Soviet multi-use Central Stadium of the Black Sea Shipping Company (ChMP), which was demolished in 2009. The venue was considered to be one of the stadiums of UEFA Euro 2012 but failed to be nominated as such. There is an ongoing renovation of the stadium. The completion date is still unknown. Leonid Mykhailovych Klimov (born March 31, 1953) is a Ukrainian parliamentarian, banker, and politician. He is a member of the Party of Regions in Verkhovna Rada (from November, 2007) and a member of the Committee on National Security and Defense (from December, 2007).
