Ilsan Seo-gu
Ilsan New Town refers to a planned city occupying Ilsandong-gu and Ilsanseo-gu of Goyang. Ilsan is located northwest of Seoul. Like other satellite cities in the Seoul National Capital Area such as Bundang, Ilsan was planned in order to alleviate housing shortages in the city of Seoul. Ilsan has experienced phenomenal growth in the past 15 years, usually drawing in younger generations of upper middle-class and upper-class Koreans. Attractions Ilsan is home to Lake Park (). Ilsandong-gu
Ilsandong-gu (literally “Eastern Ilsan district”) is a district in Goyang, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. Ilsan-gu was divided into Ilsandong-gu and Ilsanseo-gu on May 16, 2005. The Seoul Metropolitan Subway is a metropolitan railway system consisting of 23 rapid transit, light metro, commuter rail and people mover lines located in northwest South Korea. Gyeongui Line
The Gyeongui Line is a railway line between Seoul Station and Dorasan Station in Paju. Korail operates the Seoul Metropolitan Subway service between Seoul Station and Dorasan Station. Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 3 (dubbed ''The Orange Line'') of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway is a rapid transit service that connects Eunpyeong District to Gangnam and southeastern Seoul. Ilsan Lake Park
Ilsan Lake Park () is a city park in Janghang-dong, Ilsan-gu district, Goyang city, Gyeonggi-do Province, South Korea. History and layout Ilsan Lake Park was opened on 4 May 1996 with a total space of approximately . It was constructed over a period of about 3 years (from Jan 1993 to Dec 1995). The lake's surface area is approximately and is reportedly the largest artificial lake in Asia. Daehwa Station
Daehwa Station (Station 309) is an underground metro station on the Ilsan Line, operating as an extension of Line 3 of the Seoul Subway, in Daehwa-dong, Ilsanseo-gu, Goyang, South Korea. Goyang Stadium
Goyang Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Goyang, South Korea used mostly for football (soccer), football matches and was the home ground of Goyang Zaicro FC of the K League Challenge from 2013-16.
