Ilmari Niskanen
Ilmari Niskanen (born 27 October 1997) is a Finnish professional footballer who plays as a left winger for club Exeter City and the Finland national team. Club career Born in Kiuruvesi, Niskanen spent his youth years with PK-37 in Iisalmi, before starting his professional career in 2013 in Kuopio with KuPS. In September 2020, Niskanen signed for German club FC Ingolstadt for a transfer fee of €350,000. In August 2021, Niskanen had a transfer to Scottish club Dundee United, which was initially delayed due to work permit issues, before eventually completing on 20 August 2021. The transfer fee was reported to be €350,000. On 15 August 2023, Niskanen signed for League One club Exeter City for an undisclosed fee. The 2014 Kakkonen season started on 18 April and ended on 4 October 2014. Teams A total of 40 teams contested the league divided into four groups, Eteläinen (Southern), Pohjoinen (Northern), Läntinen (Western) and Itäinen (Eastern). 29 returning from the 2013 season, two relegated from Ykkönen and nine promoted from Kolmonen. The champion of each group qualified to promotion matches to decide which two teams get promoted to the Ykkönen. Kakkonen
Kakkonen or II divisioona is the third level in the league system of Finnish football and comprises 36 Finnish football teams. The II divisioona was introduced in 1973 and in the mid-1990s became known as the Kakkonen (Finnish for 'Number Two'; sv, Tvåan). Sakari Tukiainen finished the season 2014 as the top goal scorer and setting a new league record with 40 goals for the Kakkonen.
