Ilia Evgenievich Koshevoy (; born 20 March 1991) is a Belarusian former professional cyclist, who rode professionally between 2015 and 2018 for the and teams. Biography 2009 season In August 2009 Koshevoy finished 40th overall in the junior Regio-Tour. In September he finished second on stages one and two at the Giro di Basilicata stage race, finishing second overall with the same time as winner Giovanni Gaia. 2011 season In May 2011 Koshevoy finished 40th in the Gran Premio Industrie del Marmo and 41st at the Trofeo Città di San Vendemiano in Italy. He then participated in the Belarus national championships, finishing second in the individual time trial behind Kanstantsin Sivtsov of and 11th in the road race. The 2012 UCI Road World Championships took place in the southern part of the Dutch province of Limburg, also known as South Limburg, between September 15 and 23. The event consisted of a road race and a time trial for men, women and men under 23, and team time trials for elite men and women. It was the 79th Road World Championships. Castelfidardo near Loreto in Italy was also a candidate, but Italy had held the UCI Road World Championships in Varese in 2008. Goes () is a city and municipality in the southwestern Netherlands on Zuid-Beveland, in the province of Zeeland. The city of Goes has approximately 27,000 residents. History Goes was founded in the 10th century on the edge of a creek: de Korte Gos (the Short Gos). The village grew fast, and in the early 12th century it had a market square and a church devoted to Mary Magdalene. By 1300 it had a brick castle, now known as Oostende Castle. In 1405 Goes received city rights from William, Duke of Bavaria, by his right as count of Holland, and in 1417 it was allowed to build town walls.
