Mohammed Ikramullah
Mohammad Ikramullah KCMG (hon), CIE (15 January 1903 – 12 September 1963) was a figure in the administration of Pakistan at the time of independence of Pakistan on 14 August 1947. As a member of the provisional government of Pakistan, before the independence, he was Secretary and Advisor at the Ministries of Commerce, Information and Broadcasting, Commonwealth Relations and Foreign Affairs. He was also a member of Muslim League partition committee and a close companion of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. After independence, he was appointed the first Foreign Secretary of Pakistan in 1947 by Jinnah himself. He also remained the Ambassador of Pakistan to Canada, France, Portugal and the United Kingdom. Sayed Ikramuddin Masoomi
Sayed Ikramuddin Masoomi was born in 1953 in Ashkmash district of Takhar. Masoomi has worked as the Director of Enterprises for the Ministry of Finance, as Deputy Minister of Finance as later as Governor of Takhar and Badakhshan Provinces. After his time as Governor he became Minister of Labor and Social Affairs under President Karzai. In 2004 he was appointed as Minister of Work, Social Affairs, Martyred and Disabled. Ikramullah Khan Niazi
The family of Imran Khan, the former Prime Minister of Pakistan and former captain of the Pakistan cricket team, is the former First Family of Pakistan. Imran Khan was born on 5 October 1952 in Lahore to father Ikramullah Niazi. He grew up as the only son in the family, with four sisters. The family are ethnically of Pashtun origin. Ikramullah Sheikh (born 27 November 1980) is a Pakistani cricketer. Sheikh is a right-handed batsman who fields as a wicket-keeper. He was born in Lahore, Punjab. Sheikh made his first-class debut in the 2000/01 Patron's Trophy for the Water and Power Development Authority against National Bank of Pakistan. He played five first-class matches for the Water and Power Development Authority up to the 2001/02 Patron's Trophy. He also played for the Lahore Whites in a first-class match in the 2002/03 Quaid-i-Azam Trophy against Gujranwala. An unsuccessful batsman in his brief first-class career, he scored just 34 runs at a batting average of 3.40, with a high score of 15. Behind the stumps he did though take 16 catches. Begum Shaista Suhrawardy Ikramullah (22 July 1915 – 11 December 2000) was a Pakistani Bengali, Bengali Pakistani politician from Bengal, diplomat and author. She was the first Muslim woman to earn a PhD from the University of London. She was Pakistan's ambassador to Morocco from 1964 to 1967, and was also a delegate to the United Nations. Salma Sobhan
Salma Sobhan (; 11 August 1937 – 30 December 2003) was a Bangladeshi lawyer, academic and human rights activist. She became the first woman barrister in Pakistan in 1959. A member of the law faculty of the University of Dhaka, she was a co-founder of Ain-O-Salish Kendra (ASK), a national human rights watchdog. Background Sobhan was born in London in 1937.
