Ikhsan Fandi
Ikhsan bin Fandi Ahmad (born 9 April 1999), more commonly known as Ikhsan Fandi or mononymously as Ikhsan, is a Singaporean professional footballer who plays as a striker for Thai League 1 club BG Pathum United and the Singapore national team. Ikhsan began his footballing career by going through the youth system at the National Football Academy (NFA), with subsequent stints and trials at various clubs before debuting as a professional at the age of 17 at local club Home United in 2016. Ikhsan would move to the Young Lions in 2017, before signing for Norwegian clubs Raufoss IL and FK Jerv respectively, netting a total of 16 goals in all competitions. In 2021, he moved back to Asia, signing for Thailand's BG Pathum United FC. Ikhsan made his senior international debut for Singapore in 2017. Raufoss IL
Raufoss IL is a sports club from Raufoss, Norway. The club was formed in 1918. The football section played in the Norwegian top flight between 1937–1948, between 1957–1960, in 1964 and between 1973–1974. The club currently plays in 1. divisjon, the second tier of the Norwegian football league system. Since 2015, they have played their home games at Nammo Stadion. In 2007 Raufoss returned to the 1. divisjon and were able to finish in eleventh place, after being relegated from the second tier in 2004. However, due to financial problems and failure to meet demands on infrastructure, the Football Association of Norway decided not to award Raufoss the required license for play in the top two divisions. Singapore Sports School (SSP) is a specialised independent boarding school and statutory board under the purview of Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth of the Government of Singapore that offers an integrated sports and academic programme to secondary and post-secondary students in Singapore. Ilhan bin Fandi Ahmad (born 8 November 2002), more commonly known as Ilhan Fandi or mononymously as Ilhan, is a Singaporean professional footballer who plays as a midfielder or forward for Belgian First Division B club Deinze and the Singapore national team. Club career Early career Ilhan embarked on his quest to become a professional footballer in Europe, by enrolling in an English school to study and train. The teenager left for England on 8 September 2017 to study at the Queen Ethelburga's College in York for the next two years.
