Ignacio Garriga
Ignacio Garriga Vaz de Concicao (born 4 February 1987) is a Spanish politician as well as a former dentist and professor. He is known in the Spanish media for being the first notable Afro-Spaniard elected politician within the Vox party. In October 2022 he became Secretary General of Vox. Personal life Garriga was born in Sant Cugat del Vallès to a Catalan father named Rafael of maternal Belgian descent and an Equatoguinean mother named Clotilde. His mother is also of Portuguese descent through her father. The Congress of Deputies ( es, link=no, Congreso de los Diputados, italic=unset) is the lower house of the Cortes Generales, Spain's legislative branch. The Congress meets in the Palace of the Parliament () in Madrid. It has 350 members elected by constituencies (matching fifty Spanish provinces and two autonomous cities) by closed list proportional representation using the D'Hondt method. Deputies serve four-year terms. The presiding officer is the President of the Congress of Deputies, who is elected by the members thereof. It is the analogue to a speaker. In the Congress, MPs from the political parties, or groups of parties, form parliamentary groups. Bertrand Ndongo
Bertrand Ndongo (born ''c''. 1990) is a Cameroonian activist for the Spanish political party Vox. He has been nicknamed in the media and in self-reference as "El Negro de Vox" (Vox's Black Guy). Since 2019, he has been a consultant to Rocío Monasterio, the party's leader in the Community of Madrid. Biography Ndongo's father was an educated and well-off man who worked for UNICEF. When his mother left the family due to her husband's infidelity, he was raised by relatives and at times by church institutions. Carlos Segura
Juan Carlos Segura Just (born April 25, 1960) is a Spanish politician, lawyer, public commentator and author. He has been a member of the Congress of Deputies since 2020 as a member of the Vox party. Biography Segura was born to a Catalan family in Barcelona in 1960. After high school, he obtained a bachelor's degree and PhD in law from the University of Barcelona and worked as a lawyer specializing in commercial law. He applied to the Barcelona Bar Association in 2013. Segura also lectured in law at the ISDE Higher Institute of Law & Economics in Barcelona. The November 2019 Spanish general election was held on Sunday, 10 November 2019, to elect the 14th Cortes Generales of the Kingdom of Spain.
