Igli ( ar, اﻳﻘﻠﻰ) is a town and commune in Béchar Province, western Algeria, located 152 km south of Bechar. It is coextensive with Igli District. Its population was 6,682 as of the 2008 census, up from 5,474 in 1998, and an annual population growth rate of 2.1%. The commune covers an area of . Its inhabitants, along with those of the small neighbouring town of Mazzer, speak a Zenati Berber language termed ''tabəldit'', closely related to that of other south-western Algerian ksars and of Figuig. Geography Igli lies on the left (eastern) bank of the Oued Saoura in the Saoura valley, just south of the confluence of Oued Guir and Oued Zouzfana. Igli Allmuça (born 25 October 1980) is an Albanian professional football coach and former player who was the manager of Albanian First Division club Dinamo Tirana. Allmuça played as a midfielder and spent the majority of his career with Partizani Tirana and Dinamo Tirana, being successful in both clubs. He also had e brief spell with Tirana, becoming one of the few players to represent all capital teams and to win at least a trophy with them. Igli Cara Is an Albanian Politician in the city of Durrës and candidate for mayor of Durrës. Early life Igli Cara was born in Durrës on 16 March 1969. He had graduated from "Naim Frashëri" secondary school in Durrës and then continued his higher studies in Tirana, in the Biochemistry branch, at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, during the years 1987-1992.
