''Idu Saadhya'' ( This is possible) is a 1989 Indian Kannada-language film directed by Dinesh Babu. It is heavily inspired by the 1987 Italian slasher film ''Stage Fright'' (original title : ''Deliria'') directed by Michele Soavi. ''Idu Saadhya'' created a world record by becoming the first film to be shot within a span of 36 hours. It also marked Revathi's Kannada debut. Dinesh Baboo (also known as Dinesh Babu) is an Indian film director, cinematographer, actor and screenwriter who works predominantly in Kannada cinema. In a career spanning five decades he has directed more than 40 films, filmed more than 20 films and been the scriptwriter for 6 films. He is the recipient of several accolades including two Karnataka State Film Awards, two Filmfare Awards South and two Cinema Express Awards. ''Inspector Vikram'' is a 1989 Indian Kannada-language comedy thriller film directed and filmed by Dinesh Baboo, written by Chi. Udaya Shankar and produced by Raghavendra Rajkumar under the banner of Nikhileshwari Cine Combines.The film stars Shivarajkumar in the title role with Kavya, Chi Guru Dutt, Aparna and K. S. Ashwath in other supporting roles. The film is regarded as the first Kannada film of the comedy thriller genre. The film went on to achieve a cult classic status in Karnataka. The film was produced by the lead actor, Shivarajkumar's brother Raghavendra Rajkumar under the production house, Nikhileshwari Cine Combines. Bheeman Raghu
Bheeman Raghu (born 6 October 1953) is an Indian actor, singer, dancer, former politician and police officer (retired) who appears mainly in Malayalam films and is best known for his villainous and comedy roles. In a career spanning over three decades, he has appeared in more than 400 films, and has started doing comic roles as well. Raghu's debut movie was ''Bheeman'' (1982), from which he got his stage name. By profession, Raghu was an inspector in the Kerala Police force. He came to films as one of the experimental replacements for Jayan after his death. Raghu contested unsuccessfully in the 2016 Kerala Legislative Assembly election as a Bharatiya Janata Party candidate from Pathanapuram constituency in Kollam, securing third place. Mukhyamantri Chandru
Honnasandra Narasimhaiah Chandrashekar (born 28 August 1953), known popularly as Mukhyamantri Chandru, is an Indian actor and politician. As an actor, he is known for his work in Kannada theatre and cinema. The sobriquet ''Mukhyamantri'' (Chief Minister) stuck to his name after the play of the same name that sees him portray the titular role became widely popular. Having portrayed mostly comic and negative roles throughout his career, Chandru is a character actor, and has acted in over 500 films since making his debut in 1983. Chandru joined the Janata Party in 1985 and won the year's assembly elections from Gauribidanur.
