''Idol 2013'' was the Swedish ''Idol (Sweden), Idol'' series' ninth season which premiered on August 19, 2013. and ended on December 6, 2013. In January 2013, TV4 (Sweden), TV4 confirmed that the ''Idol'' series would be returning after a year's hiatus after ''Idol 2011''. The contestants included professional footballer Kevin Walker (footballer born 1989), Kevin Walker, who played in the Superettan, Swedish second division for GIF Sundsvall. A few of Walker's matches with the team were moved to avoid a clash with his television commitments. Winner of season nine was Kevin Walker (footballer, born 1989), Kevin Walker. Anders Bagge
Sven Anders Bagge (; born 16 January 1968) is a Swedish composer, lyricist, musician and record producer and partner with Peer Åström. The two songwriters / producers are known as Bagge & Peer. Bagge is also one of jury members for the TV4 singing show Idol from 2008 and onwards. Bagge is co-founder and co-owner with partner Christian Wahlberg of the Stockholm-based Murlyn Music Group AB, the international music production company they established in 1998. He participated in Melodifestivalen 2022, finishing in 2nd place, although winning the public’s vote. Early years Anders Bagge's father Sven Olof Bagge was a producer from the 1950s to the 1980s. Idol 2011 (Sweden)
Idol 2011 was the Swedish Idol series' eight season and premiered on TV4 on 4 September 2011. Pär Lernström was the new host of the series, after Peter Jihde declined to return as host after Idol 2010. Two of the judges from earlier year returned, namely Anders Bagge and Laila Bagge Wahlgren, were joined in with two new judges, Alexander Bard and Pelle Lidell. Winner of season eight was Amanda Fondell with Robin Stjernberg as first runner-up and Moa Lignell Moa Lignell (born 6 June 1994 in Alingsås, Sweden) is a Swedish singer, who came in third place in ''Idol 2011''. Lignell released her first music single "When I Held Ya" during her time on Idol. She had sung the song during the ''Idol'' competi ... as second runner-up. GIF Sundsvall
Gymnastik- och Idrottsföreningen Sundsvall, more commonly known as GIF Sundsvall (), Giffarna or simply Sundsvall, is a Swedish professional football club based in Sundsvall. The club is affiliated with Medelpads Fotbollförbund and plays its home games at NP3 Arena with a capacity of roughly 8 000 spectators. Superettan
Superettan (; meaning the super first (division)) is an association football league and the second highest league in the league system of Swedish men's football. Contested by 16 clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation with Allsvenskan and Division 1. Seasons run from April to October, with teams playing 30 matches each, totalling 240 matches in the season. The league was created in 2000. The second tier of Swedish football had previously consisted of a varying number of regionalized leagues operating under the Division 2 (1924–1986) and Division 1 (1987–1999) names. Kevin Walker (born 3 August 1989) is a Swedish footballer and singer. He is a centre midfielder for Örebro SK in the Swedish first-tier league Allsvenskan. Walker was the winner of the 9th series of the Swedish version of ''Idol'' in 2013. Football career Club Walker was born in Örebro, Sweden, and started his football career in Varbergs BoIS. Son of the former Örebro SK manager Patrick Walker, Kevin made his senior debut for Superettan team Örebro SK in the 2006 season. ''Idol'' is a Swedish reality-competition talent show broadcast on TV4. It first appeared in August 2004, and became one of the most popular shows on Swedish television. TV4 (''TV fyra'') is a Swedish free-to-air television network owned by TV4 AB, a subsidiary of the TV4 Media AB.
