''ICE Today'' is a Bangladeshi lifestyle magazine focusing on contemporary culture and society in the country. The magazine has sections dedicated to business, fashion, health, women, music, travel and cuisine. History and profile ''ICE Today'' was started in 2003. It is published on a monthly basis. The magazine is under the ICE Media Ltd publishing umbrella, which produces ''ICE Business Times'', ''Jamini'', ''Charbela Chardik'', and ''Bengal Barota''. Its publisher is entrepreneur Abul Khair Litu, who has also published ''Shilpa O Shilpi'' about Bangladeshi art. Litu is an art enthusiast and active in the Bengal Gallery of Fine Arts. The current staff is Nawshin Khair, executive director; Nobonita Chowdhury, managing editor; Syeda Samara Mortada, associate editor; and Goutom Saha, fashion editor. Lifestyle is the interests, opinions, behaviours, and behavioural orientations of an individual, group, or culture. The term was introduced by Austrian psychologist Alfred Adler in his 1929 book, ''The Case of Miss R.'', with the meaning of "a person's basic character as established early in childhood". The broader sense of lifestyle as a "way or style of living" has been documented since 1961. Lifestyle is a combination of determining intangible or tangible factors. Tangible factors relate specifically to demographic variables, i.e. an individual's demographic profile, whereas intangible factors concern the psychological aspects of an individual such as personal values, preferences, and outlooks. Syed Shamsul Haque
Syed Shamsul Haq (27 December 1935 – 27 September 2016) was a Bangladeshi writer. He was awarded Bangla Academy Literary Award in 1966 (the youngest among all to receive it), Ekushey Padak in 1984 and Independence Day Award in 2000 by the Government of Bangladesh for his contributions to Bangla literature. Hayat Saif
Saiful Islam Khan (known as Hayat Saif; 16 December 1942 – 13 May 2019) was a twentieth century modern Bengali poet and literary critic from Bangladesh. A career bureaucrat, he retired in 2000 and since then was engaged in the corporate private sector and divided his time in World Scouting and literary and artistic pursuits. He has been translated in English and Spanish and, in Bangladesh, is generally acclaimed as an intellectual interpreter of contemporary life and culture.
