Ice Shows Produced By Yuzuru Hanyu
Japanese figure skater and two-time Olympic champion, Yuzuru Hanyu, has produced four ice shows in the course of his career. The first one, titled ''Continues with Wings'', was held in April2018 at Musashino Forest Sport Plaza in Tokyo. It was a special three-day event to celebrate his back-to-back wins at the 2014 and 2018 Winter Olympics and pay tribute to the skaters who had supported and influenced him. In 2022, Hanyu launched his professional skating career and became the first figure skater to produce a solo ice show, with no other guest skaters in the line-up. His first solo show ''Prologue'' was held in November at Pia Arena MM in Yokohama and December at Flat Hachinohe, lasting 90 minutes with skating at the athletic level of competition programs. Le Cygne
''Le cygne'', , or ''The Swan'', is the 13th and penultimate movement of '' The Carnival of the Animals'' by Camille Saint-Saëns. Originally scored for solo cello accompanied by two pianos, it has been arranged and transcribed for many instruments but remains best known as a cello solo. Music The piece is in 6/4 time, with a key signature of G major and a tempo marking ''andantino grazioso''. The slow cello melody is accompanied by almost constant broken chord figurations on the pianos. When performed as a separate movement, not in the context of ''The Carnival'', ''The Swan'' is frequently played with accompaniment on only one piano. This is the only movement from ''The Carnival of the Animals'' that the composer allowed to be played in public during his lifetime. Shae-Lynn Bourne
Shae-Lynn Bourne (born January 24, 1976) is a Canadian ice dancer and choreographer. In 2003, she and partner Victor Kraatz became the first North American ice dancers to win a World Championship. They competed at three Winter Olympic Games, placing 10th at the 1994 Winter Olympics, 4th at the 1998 Winter Olympics, and 4th at the 2002 Winter Olympics.
