Ian McCaw
Ian McCaw is a Canadian-American college athletics administrator. He has served as the athletic director at Liberty University since 2016, when he resigned amid scandal from Baylor University. Biography Born in Canada, McCaw graduated from Laurentian University in 1985. After working for the front office of the National Hockey League's Hartford Whalers, he entered college athletics administration. He served as athletic director at Northeastern University from 1997 to 2002 and at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2002 to 2003. In 2003, McCaw was named athletic director at Baylor University. Under McCaw's direction, Baylor saw great growth and success as an athletic department, winning four team national championships and 56 Big 12 Conference championships. An athletic director (commonly "athletics director" or "AD") is an administrator at many American clubs or institutions, such as colleges and universities, as well as in larger high schools and middle schools, who oversees the work of coaches and related staff involved in athletic programs. Although technically in charge of all of the coaches, they are often far less well-compensated and also less famous, with few having their own television and radio programs as many coaches now do. The ''Waco Tribune-Herald'' is an American daily newspaper serving Waco, Texas, and vicinity. Background The newspaper has its roots in five predecessors, beginning with the ''Waco Evening Telephone'' in 1892. The ''Tribune-Herald'' took its current identity when E.S. The 2015 Cotton Bowl Classic was a college football bowl game played on January 1, 2015 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The 2014 Fiesta Bowl was a college football bowl game that was played on Wednesday, January 1, 2014, at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. In this, the 43rd annual Fiesta Bowl, the Baylor Bears, champions of the Big 12 Conference, played the UCF Knights, champions of the American Athletic Conference. The game was broadcast live on ESPN at 6:30 PM MST. It was one of the 2013–14 bowl games that concluded the 2013 FBS football season. The 2011 Baylor Bears football team represented Baylor University in the 2011 NCAA Division I FBS football season. Robert Lee Griffin III (born February 12, 1990), nicknamed RG3 and RGIII, is an American football quarterback who is a free agent.
