Ian Gorowa
Ian Kuziva Gorowa Dibango (born 16 November 1971) is a former Zimbabwean footballer, formerly managing South African Premier Soccer League side Moroka Swallows. Playing days Ian 'Dibango' Gorowa came to South Africa after playing for Dynamos and Black Rhinos in his native country. He joined the now defunct Cape Town Spurs where he made a name for himself as an attacking winger. Unfortunately, his playing days came to an abrupt end at the relatively young age of 29 when he suffered a career-ending injury while playing for Spurs. He represented the Zimbabwean national team 26 times and scored 11 goals in the process. He played for Zimbabwe at the 1998 COSAFA Cup. Coaching career After his retirement he became Spurs' assistant coach. When Spurs merged with Seven Stars to form Ajax Cape Town, Gorowa was roped in by Ajax CEO John Comitis as one of the development coaches. He then went on to become the team's assistant coach. Rusape is a town in Zimbabwe. Location It is located in Makoni District in Manicaland Province, in northeastern Zimbabwe. It lies approximately , by road, southeast of Harare, the capital and the largest city in Zimbabwe. Gavin Hunt
Gavin Hunt (born 11 July 1964) is a South African former football (soccer) player and coach who currently manages Supersport United. He previously managed South African Premier Division, Premier Soccer League club Kaizer Chiefs. On 28 May 2021 Kaizer Chiefs released him from his contract after a string of poor results with the club. A nuggety right-back, Hunt spent almost his entire playing career with Hellenic FC, Hellenic. He had to retire because of an achilles tendon injury and went straight into coaching. Mamelodi, part of the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality, is a township set up by the then apartheid government northeast of Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. Etymology "Mamelodi" is the name derived from the Sepedi word with the prefix being "ma" meaning mother, and the suffix "melodi" meaning melodies. Its meaning can be translated to mean ''Mother of Melodies''. History The township was established when 16 houses were built on the farm Vlakfontein in June 1953 and later the name changed to Mamelodi. The Group Areas Act designated Mamelodi as a blacks-only area, though this became moot with the fall of Apartheid in 1994. Thanda Royal Zulu was a South African football club based in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. History The club started after a Swedish consortium that included Sven-Goran Eriksson bought the franchise from Benoni Premier United at the end of the 2006–07 season. The new owners moved the franchise from Benoni to KwaZulu-Natal. They played their home games at Richards Bay Stadium in Richards Bay having previously played their home games at the Hammarsdale Stadium in Hammarsdale.
