Ian Chen (; Pha̍k-fa-sṳ: Chhîn Nyèn-yún / Chhîn Ngàn-yún ; born 4 February 1991) is a Taiwanese singer, songwriter and actor. He was a former contestant on the fifth season of the television talent show, ''One Million Star ''One Million Star'' () is a television singing competition in Taiwan broadcast on China Television (CTV). Chen () () is a common Chinese-language surname and one of the most common surnames in Asia. It is the most common surname in Taiwan (2010) and Singapore (2000).
