Ian Cameron (footballer, Born 1966)
Ian Cameron (born 24 August 1966) is a Scottish former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. He is a first team coach at Partick Thistle and manages the Under-19s, having previously coached their Under-17 team. Playing career St Mirren Cameron was born in Glasgow. He joined St Mirren as an S-Form signing. In 1987, at the age of 21, he was part of the team who won the Scottish Cup after beating Dundee United in the Final. He had sat his economics exams at Glasgow University on the morning of the match. Aberdeen Cameron signed for Aberdeen in the summer of 1989 and made his debut against Albion Rovers in a 1989–90 Scottish League Cup tie. Cameron scored the winner against Celtic at Hampden Park in the semi-final of the same tournament, but missed out on playing in the final after suffering concussion in a league game against Hearts, although he did pick up a winner's medal. Ian Cameron (footballer, Born 1988)
Ian Cameron (born 23 May 1988) is a Scottish football coach who serves as the head coach of USL League One club South Georgia Tormenta. Playing career He represented the Scottish U16, Scotland U17, and Scotland U18 national teams. He had a spell as a player with Partick Thistle. Cameron played four years of college soccer at Mercer University between 2007 and 2010, making 67 appearances, scoring 17 goals and tallying 16 assists. He also played in the USL PDL with Indiana Invaders in 2010. Following his college career, Cameron returned to Glasgow and earned a master’s degree in Quantitative Finance from the University of Glasgow in 2012. Coaching career Cameron was named assistant coach at his alma mater Mercer University in 2013, where he spent three years. In 2016, Cameron became head coach to Eckerd College. Ian Milne Dixon Cameron (born 8 March 1938) is an Australian politician. He was a National Country Party member of the Australian House of Representatives, representing the electorate of Maranoa. Born in Melbourne, Cameron moved to Queensland where he was a farmer and grazier. He was a Shire of Tara councillor from 1971 to 1980 and had been president of the Young Country Party from 1967 to 1968 and a member of the National Party Management Committee from 1976 to 1980. Cameron was elected to the House of Representatives at the 1980 federal election. He opposed the return of Uluru to its traditional owners in 1985, responding "give 'em Melbourne" in a parliamentary debate on the issue. Ian Cameron is a Canadian fiddler and composer based in British Columbia. He also plays guitar and mandolin. He has performed and recorded with several bands, including Strange Advance, Faith and Desire, and the duo Ruckus Deluxe. He collaborated with Arun Shenoy on the Grammy-nominated album ''Rumbadoodle''. Early life Cameron was born in Vancouver, British Columbia. He studied classical violin. Career Cameron joined the band Strange Advance as a session player on their 1985 album ''2WO'' . He toured with them in Eastern Canada and also contributed to their 1998 album The Distance Between. Eoin Harrap Cameron (4 January 1951 – 23 June 2016) was an Australian radio personality in Perth, Western Australia and member of the Australian House of Representatives. Until August 2015 he presented the ABC's Perth local station 720 ABC Perth breakfast show, regularly receiving top ratings for the most popular breakfast radio show. In August 2015 he took extended leave while recovering from surgery as a result of a 2013 car accident.
