"I Wonder (Departure)" is a song by ABBA, released on their 1977 album '' ABBA: The Album''. It was originally part of the ABBA-produced mini-musical '' The Girl with the Golden Hair'', which they performed at the end of each of their 1977 concert tours. Usage in ''Mamma Mia!'' film In a hypothetical sequel to '' Mamma Mia!'' put together by the British newspaper, ''The Daily Telegraph'', the song is sung at a point in the musical where Sophie "dreams of cutting loose rom Skyand heading abroad". In the film ''Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again'', the song is performed by Young Donna (played by Lily James) on the soundtrack album; however, the performance (early in the film prior to Donna leaving her friends) was deleted. Princess Anni-Frid Synni Reuss, Countess of Plauen (born Anni-Frid Synni Lyngstad on 15 November 1945), also known by her nickname "Frida", is a Norwegian-born Swedish singer, songwriter and environmentalist, who is best known as one of the founding members and lead singers of the Swedish pop band ABBA. Born in Bjørkåsen (Ballangen), Norway, to a Norwegian mother and a German father, she grew up in Torshälla, Sweden, and started her first solo career there, as a jazz singer in 1967, through a talent competition called ''New Faces''. ''ABBA: The Album'' (also known as simply ''The Album'') is the fifth studio album by the Swedish pop group ABBA. It was released in Scandinavia on 12 December 1977 through Polar Music, but due to the massive pre-orders the UK pressing plants were not able to press sufficient copies before Christmas 1977 and so it was not released in the UK until January 1978. The album was released in conjunction with '' ABBA: The Movie'', with several of the songs featured in the film. Altogether the album contains nine songs.
