William Thomas Medley (born September 19, 1940) is an American singer and songwriter, best known as one half of The Righteous Brothers. He is noted for his bass-baritone voice, exemplified in songs such as "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'". Medley produced a number of the duo's songs, including "Unchained Melody" and " (You're My) Soul and Inspiration". Medley is a successful solo artist, and his million-selling #1 duet with Jennifer Warnes " (I've Had) The Time of My Life" won a number of awards. John Jarrard
John Jarrard (May 7, 1953 February 1, 2001) was an American country music songwriter. He wrote songs for Alabama, George Strait, Don Williams, and others. Biography John Jarrard was born in Gainesville, Georgia on May 7, 1953. He worked as a disc jockey in his hometown, and moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 1974 after being persuaded by a girlfriend to attend a convention there. While in Nashville, he worked at a motel and recorded demos with his friend, songwriter Bruce Burch. Jarrard stopped working at the motel in 1979 after complications of diabetes, which led to him losing his eyesight before suffering total kidney failure which required a transplant. His first No. 1 single as a songwriter was " Nobody but You" by Don Williams. Other artists who recorded his songs include Alabama, Tracy Lawrence, and George Strait. Jerry Crutchfield (August 10, 1934 – January 11, 2022) was an American country and pop record producer, songwriter, and musician. He was a publishing and record label executive. He recorded for RCA Victor Records with vocal group The Country Gentlemen, later known as The Escorts. He received multiple Country Music Association's (CMA) "Song of the Year" award nominations for his work as producer, winning the award twice as well as having been a co-producer of a CMA Album of the Year.
