IVysílání
iVysílání is a streaming platform operated by Czech Television. It provides viewers with access to a wide range of television programmes produced by Czech Television, as well as films and shows licensed to the network. All content can be streamed for free, including live broadcasts of Czech Television channels. History At the end of the 20th century, Czech Television began to trial live internet broadcasting, initially only news programmes. At that time, internet broadcasting did not yet bear the name iVysílání. The beta version of iVysílání launched in 2009. iVysílání was launched in 2009, but it was still significantly different from its later form. Users had the option to play one of the programmes from the archive or watch a live broadcast, but it had to be an original production of Czech Television. ''Game Story'' is a Czech documentary series that maps history of video game development in the Czech Republic. All 10 episodes were released on 6 April 2024. It was originally announced as Bitová Generace (Bit Generation). The series starts with 1980s video gaming in the Czech Republic focusing on František Fuka and Golden Triangle which also included Miroslav Fídler a Tomáš Rylek. The series then shows 1990s Brno gaming community where Jarek Kolář and Petr Vlček formed Pterodon Software creating first major adventure games. They later continued development under Petr Vochozka's company. The series also shows 1990s gaming community and video gaming journalism in 1990s. Major focus is on creation of various major video game titles such as Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis, Mafia (video game), Mafia, Samorost, Euro Truck Simulator, Factorio or Beat Saber. ''Adikts'' is a comedy drama television series directed by Adam Sedlák. It was produced in cooperation between Czech Television, Czech Insurance Association and Police of the Czech Republic. The series was released on 9 January 2024 on iVysílání while on 24 January 2024 it starts broadcast on ČT1. Plot Max, Mell, Ema, Robin and Soňa are students of addictology who decide to do an experiment - take drugs that can temporarily solve problems of each of them. Contrary to their expectations the effect of drugs becomes permanent for everyone. ''Dobré ráno, Brno!'' (''Good Morning, Brno!'') is a comedy television series directed by Jan Prušinovský, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Tomáš Holeček. Prušinovský was inspired by Czech TV show Dobré ráno. The series he exaggerates and parodies Dobré ráno, its crew and the behind-the-scenes situations. Prušinovský wrote the script for the series based on his own experience when he himself was a guest on the Dobré ráno broadcast in the Brno studio. The series starrs Jan Kolařík, Zuzana Zlatohlávková, Ondřej Kokorský, Simona Lewandowská, Roman Slovák, Tereza Volánková, Ivana Hloužková and Nikola Mucha. The series was first shown in September 2022 at the Serial Killer festival in Brno. The first part of the series had its television premiere on ČT1 on 9 January 2023 but Czech Television published it ahead of time on iVysílání on 31 December 2022.
