ITE College Central
ITE College Central (ITECC) is a post-secondary education institution and statutory board under the purview of the Ministry of Education in Singapore. It is one of the Institute of Technical Education's three colleges under the "One ITE System, Three Colleges" Governance and Education Model. The college also houses the headquarters of the Institute of Technical Education. Campus This third comprehensive college covers a land area of 10.61 hectares with a total gross floor area of 192,820m2. It opened to its first cohort of students in January 2013. There is also a convention centre which is named the Tay Eng Soon Convention Centre to commemorate for his efforts. The Institute of Technical Education (ITE) is a post-secondary education institution and statutory board under the purview of the Ministry of Education in Singapore. Established by the Ministry of Education, it was formerly known as Vocational and Industrial Training Board (VITB). ITE has three colleges that offer the National ITE Certificate (NITEC), Higher NITEC, Technical Diploma and Work-Study Diploma. Lee Hsien Loong (; born 10 February 1952) is a Singaporean politician and former brigadier-general who has been serving as Prime Minister of Singapore and Secretary-General of the People's Action Party since 2004.
