ISPS Handa Perth International
The World Super 6 Perth is a golf tournament that was played for the first time in October 2012 as the ISPS Handa Perth International. It is played at Lake Karrinyup Country Club in Perth, Western Australia. It is co-sanctioned by the European Tour and the PGA Tour of Australasia. From 2016 it has also been co-sanctioned by the Asian Tour. It is one of the richest golf tournaments in Australia, with a A$1.6 million purse. Originally owned by WME-IMG, the tournament, from 2017, switched from a traditional 72-hole event to a 54-hole tournament with two cuts followed by match play. Perth is the capital and largest city of the Australian state of Western Australia. Phachara Khongwatmai
Phachara Khongwatmai (born 3 May 1999) is a Thai professional golfer. Khongwatmai became the youngest winner of a professional tournament when he won the Singha Hua Hin Open on the All Thailand Golf Tour in July 2013 at the age of 14. Khongwatmai played on the Asian Tour and Asian Development Tour in 2015. On the Asian Tour, he finished 64th on the Order of Merit, missing a 2016 Asian Tour card by one spot. On the Asian Development Tour, he won the PGM CCM Rahman Putra Championship in March at the age of 15, becoming the youngest winner on that tour. Brett Rumford
Brett Michael Rumford (born 27 July 1977) is an Australian professional golfer who plays on the European Tour, having formerly been a member on both the PGA Tour and PGA Tour of Australasia. Early life Rumford was born and grew up in Perth, Western Australia. He started playing golf at age ten. Rumford represented Australia in amateur golf. Professional career In 1999, Rumford won the PGA Tour of Australasia's ANZ Players Championship as an amateur, and he turned professional the following year. James Nitties
James Evangelo Nitties (born 23 October 1982) is an Australian professional golfer who has played on the PGA Tour and now plays on the PGA Tour of Australasia. Amateur career Nitties was born in Melbourne, Australia. He suffered from juvenile arthritis as a child and young adult, which restricted his flexibility. This caused him to have to take pain killers to restrict the pain from his back. In 2003, he won the New Zealand Amateur and finished second at the Western Amateur to Ryan Moore in 19 holes. He turned professional in 2004. Professional career In 2004, Nitties joined the NGA Hooters Tour where he played for three years, winning once. While he played the Hooters Tour, he played a select few of events on the Nationwide Tour and the PGA Tour of Australasia. Kiradech Aphibarnrat (; born Anujit Hirunratanakorn, 23 July 1989) is a Thai professional golfer who plays on the Asian, European, and PGA Tours. Amateur career In both 2003 and 2004, Aphibarnrat won his age group at the Junior World Golf Championships. In 2007, he was on the gold medal team at the 2007 Summer Universiade and took a silver in the individual event at the 2007 Southeast Asian Games. The 2018 European Tour is the 47th season of golf tournaments since the European Tour officially began in 1972 and the 10th edition of the Race to Dubai. The Race to Dubai was won by Italian Francesco Molinari, who was also named Golfer of the Year. India's Shubhankar Sharma was named Sir Henry Cotton Rookie of the Year.
