International Journalism Festival
The International Journalism Festival is a journalism event annually held in Perugia, Italy (in central Italy, about 100 miles, or 160 km, north of Rome). The 2020 Festival will be held April 1-5, 2020. The International Journalism Festival attracts journalists and journalism students, as well as scholars and Media agency, Media agencies, who get free access to keynotes, workshops, Panel discussion, panels and discussions on media in society. Since the foundation of the Festival in 2006 by Arianna Ciccone and Christopher Potter, several prizes, including ''A Story Still to Tell Award'' and the ''Paola Biocca International Reportage Award'' have been awarded by students of journalism and media professionals. The Investigative Journalism Foundation (IJF) is a Canadian not-for-profit organization that creates publicly accessible databases about philanthropic donations, political funding, and lobbying in anglophone Canada. Internacia Junulara Festivalo
The Internacia Junulara Festivalo (IJF; en, International Youth Festival) is a traditional one-week-long meeting of Esperantists organised yearly by the Italian Esperanto Youth at Easter, each time in a different Italian town. Each festival has its own theme, to be developed in lectures and discussion groups; additionally, lectures of general interest are usually proposed, as well as tourist visits to neighbouring cities, concerts and performances. One can usually improve his/her knowledge of the Esperanto language thanks to language courses at beginner and intermediate level. The first IJF was held in 1977. The meeting is usually attended by about 100 participants; the most popular one was the 24th IJF, held in 2000, which was attended by 325 participants. International Judo Federation
The International Judo Federation (IJF) was founded in July 1951. The IJF was originally composed of judo federations from Europe and Argentina. Countries from four continents were affiliated over the next ten years. Today the IJF has 200 National Federations on all continents. There are over 20 million people around the globe who practice judo, according to the IJF. IJf Blokker
IJf Blokker (born 2 September 1930) is a Dutch musician and television actor and presenter. After a professional career as a drummer, he became a well-known television actor in the 1970s playing the character Barend Servet in the Wim T. Schippers-directed shows on VPRO television. Biography Blokker was born in Den Helder and studied drums at the Amsterdamse Muziekschool, and worked in a number of orchestras in the Netherlands and Germany, including the '' Snip en Snap Revue''. He was drum teacher as well; one of his students was Jan Keizer, who gained fame with BZN. Blokker became widely known in the 1970s playing the character of Barend Servet in a series of television shows: '' De Fred Hachéshow'' (1971), ''Barend is weer bezig'' (1972-1973), and ''Van Oekel's Discohoek'' (1974).
