Indian Independence League
The Indian Independence League (also known as IIL) was a political organisation operated from the 1920s to the 1940s to organise those living outside India into seeking the removal of British colonial rule over India. Founded by Indian nationalists, its activities were conducted in various parts of Southeast Asia. It included Indian expatriates, and later, Indian nationalists in-exile under Japanese occupation following Japan's successful Malayan Campaign during the first part of the Second World War. During the Japanese Occupation of Malaya, the Japanese encouraged Indians in Malaya to join the League. Established primarily to foster Indian nationalism and to obtain Japanese support for the Indian Independence Movement, the League came to interact and command the first Indian National Army under Mohan Singh before it was dissolved. Integrated Injection Logic
Integrated injection logic (IIL, I2L, or I2L) is a class of digital circuits built with multiple collector bipolar junction transistors (BJT). When introduced it had speed comparable to TTL yet was almost as low power as CMOS, making it ideal for use in VLSI (and larger) integrated circuits. The gates can be made smaller with this logic family than with CMOS because complementary transistors are not needed. Although the logic voltage levels are very close (High: 0.7V, Low: 0.2V), I2L has high noise immunity because it operates by current instead of voltage. I2L was developed in 1971 by Siegfried K. Wiedmann and Horst H. Berger who originally called it merged-transistor logic (MTL). A disadvantage of this logic family is that the gates draw power when not switching unlike with CMOS. Institut International de Lancy (IIL) is a private international school located in Lancy, Geneva. It has Bilingual, French, and English programmes for students from 3 to 19 years old. History Collège Marie-Thérèse was founded in 1903 soon after a law in France prohibited religious congregations of any persuasion. In its early years the Collège was attended by approximately sixty girls, mainly boarders, from across Europe. The 1950s and 1960s were a period of expansion for the school resulting in several major changes: co-education was introduced throughout the school, and the curriculum was modified in order to provide pupils with a more personal curriculum at the higher secondary level. In April 2001, the name of the school was changed to Institut International de Lancy.
