The ICC Women's ODI Team of the Year is an honour awarded each year by the International Cricket Council. It recognizes the top women's cricket players from around the world in the ODI format of the game. The team does not actually compete, but exists solely as an honorary entity. The 2018 ICC Awards were the fifteenth edition of ICC Awards. The voting panel took into account players' performance between 1 January 2018 and 31 December 2018. The announcement of the ICC World XI Teams, along with the winners of the men's individual '' ICC'' awards, was made on 22 January 2019. The women's awards were announced on 31 December 2018, with Smriti Mandhana winning the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Award as the Women's Cricketer of the Year. Squadron Leader (retired) Shikha Subas Pandey (born 12 May 1989) is an Indian cricketer and former officer in the Indian Air Force (IAF). She plays for the national cricket team as a right-arm medium pacer and middle-order batter, and was an IAF air traffic control officer. Jessica Louise Jonassen (born 5 November 1992) is an Australian cricketer from Rockhampton, Queensland. Poonam Yadav (born 24 August 1991) is an Indian cricketer who plays for the national women's cricket team as a leg-spin bowler. She made her debut in International cricket on 5 April 2013 in a Women's Twenty20 International (WT20I) match against Bangladesh. Yadav's debut in Test Series on 16 November 2014 against South Africa and her ODI debut was on 12 April 2013 against Bangladesh.
