Radio Philippines Network
Radio Philippines Network, Inc. (RPN) is a Philippine Media of the Philippines, television and radio company based in Quezon City. It is the flagship media property of Nine Media Corporation of the ALC Group of Companies; along with the Presidential Communications Group, Office of the Press Secretary (OPS) and Far East Managers and Investors Inc. (owned by the family of company founder Roberto Benedicto), among others, as major shareholders. The network's main offices and transmitter is located at Panay Avenue, Brgy. South Triangle also in Quezon City. Founded by Roberto Benedicto and prior to its privatization, it was the sister station of current government owned and controlled Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation and formerly an attached agency of the now-Office of the Press Secretary, despite having 20% minority stake in ownership. CNN Philippines Network News
CNN Philippines Network News, (titled as CNN Philippines Network News with Pia Hontiveros for its weekday broadcasts) or simply Network News was the first flagship evening newscast of CNN Philippines. It aired seven days a week at 6:00pm Philippine Standard Time, PST. The program's 60-minute weekday broadcast was anchored by the network's chief correspondent Pia Hontiveros and a 30-minute weekend edition was anchored by Mai Rodriguez. CNN Philippines Network News premiered on June 18, 2012, as Solar Network News and ended on March 26, 2017, after almost five years under different incarnations. Charo Santos-Concio
María Rosario Navarro Santos-Concio (born October 27, 1955), popularly known as Charo Santos-Concio or simply Charo Santos (), is a Filipino people, Filipino media executive and actress. She is the host of ''Maalaala Mo Kaya'', the longest-running television drama anthology in Asia. From 2012 to 2016, she was the chief executive officer of ABS-CBN Corporation, the largest entertainment and media conglomerate in the Philippines.
