"Hurtin' Me" is a song by English rapper Stefflon Don and American rapper French Montana released on 10 August 2017 as the lead single from Don's Hurtin' Me#Track listing, debut EP of the same name. The song peaked at number seven on UK Singles Chart in November 2017, becoming the rapper's highest-charting single to date and first to reach the top 10. Don provided her first televised performance of "Hurtin' Me" by being the musical guest on the Sounds Like Friday Night#Series 1, third episode of BBC's ''Sounds Like Friday Night'', hosted by American singer Demi Lovato, who also performed "Instruction (song), Instruction" with her and Jax Jones. Stephanie Victoria Allen (born 14 December 1991), better known by her stage name Stefflon Don, is a British rapper and singer. She rose to fame after her 2017 single " Hurtin' Me" featuring French Montana peaked at number 7 on UK Singles Chart. In 2016, Allen released her debut mixtape ''Real Ting'' followed by another mixtape, ''Secure'', in 2018. Early life Stefflon Don was born in Birmingham, England, and is of Jamaican descent. She has seven siblings, one of them being rapper Dutchavelli. When she was five years old, her family moved to Rotterdam, Netherlands. As a result, Allen is fluent in Dutch.
