Hsueh Jui-yuan
Hsueh Jui-yuan () is a Taiwanese physician who has served as the vice minister of Ministry of Health and Welfare (Taiwan), Health and Welfare since August 2017 until July 18 2022. He currently serves as the Minister of Health and Welfare since July 2022. Education Hsueh completed his degree in medicine from Taipei Medical University in 1980. He then obtained his bachelor's and master's degree in law from National Taiwan University in 1997 and 2001 respectively. Careers At the Bureau of Medical Affairs of the Ministry of Health and Welfare (Taiwan), Department of Health, he was the senior secretary in 2002–2003, deputy director-general in 2003-2004 and director-general in 2004–2008. In 2008–2015, he was the deputy superintendent of Shuang Ho Hospital of Taipei Medical University. Hsueh succeeded Chen Shih-chung as Minister of Health and Welfare on July 18 2022. Victor Wang
Victor Sheng Wang (born 1956) is a Chinese American realist painter and Professor of Arts at Fontbonne University, where he received the ''Joan Goostree Stevens Excellence in Teaching Award'', which recognizes the "outstanding teachers who contribute to Fontbonne's learning environment." Early life and education Wang was born in Qiqihar, China. He completed high school in Qiqihar. Career Wang left China for the US in 1987 after working in agricultural labor in China, where he was confined by Maoist's Cultural Revolution. Based in St. Louis, MO, his art has been exhibited in cities in the US and beyond. He has been a visiting scholar at the School of Art and Design, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Chen Shih-chung (; born December 1952) is a Taiwanese politician. He served as Minister of Health and Welfare from 2017 to 2022, gaining wide recognition in 2020 as the public face of Taiwan's COVID-19 efforts.
