Hrušica (, german: Birnbaum) is a settlement west of Jesenice along the main road to Kranjska Gora in the Municipality of Jesenice in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia. Anže Kopitar (, born 24 August 1987) is a Slovene professional ice hockey centre and captain of the Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League (NHL). Karawanken Tunnel (railway)
The Karawanks Tunnel (german: Karawankentunnel, sl, Predor Karavanke) is the fourth longest railway tunnel in Austria and the longest in Slovenia with a length of (4.96 miles). Mežakla () is a long undulating plateau about long in the foothills of the Julian Alps above the town of Jesenice in northwestern Slovenia. It ranges from approximately to high.
