Houyet () is a municipality of Wallonia in the province of Namur, Belgium. On 1 January 2006 the municipality had 4,485 inhabitants. The total area is 122.31 km², giving a population density of 37 inhabitants per km². The municipality consists of the following districts: Celles, Ciergnon, Custinne, Finnevaux, Hour, Houyet, Hulsonniaux, Mesnil-Église, Mesnil-Saint-Blaise, and Wanlin. The town of Houyet lies on the river Lesse, some to the southeast of Dinant. Celles, Houyet
Celles ( wa, Cele-dilé-Dinant) is a village of Wallonia and a district of the municipality of Houyet, located in the province of Namur, Belgium. It is a member of the heritage group ''Les Plus Beaux Villages de Wallonie'' ("The Most Beautiful Villages of Wallonia"). It is served by Gendron-Celles railway station, located several kilometres south-west of the village centre, next to the river Lesse. The Château de Vêves is near the village. Lesse
The Lesse is a river in the Ardennes, in the Walloon region of Belgium. It is a right tributary to the river Meuse. The source of the Lesse is near Libramont-Chevigny, in the Belgian province of Luxembourg. The Lesse flows roughly in north-western direction. Near Han-sur-Lesse (municipality of Rochefort) the entire river goes underground, flowing through limestone caves. Many of the caves along the banks of the Lesse are important archaeological sites; these include the Trou de Chaleux (by the Cirque de Chaleux), and the Trou des Nutons and Trou du Frontal at Furfooz. The Lesse flows into the river Meuse in the village of Anseremme, municipality of Dinant. Beauraing (; wa, Biarin) is a city and municipality of Wallonia located in the province of Namur, Belgium. On January 1, 2018, Beauraing had a total population of 9,160. The total area is 174.55 km2, giving a population density of 52 inhabitants per km2. Rochefort (; wa, Rotchfoirt) is a city and municipality of Wallonia located in the province of Namur, Belgium, close to the Ardennes. On 1 January 2006, Rochefort had a total population of 12,038. The total area is 165.27 km² which gives a population density of 73 inhabitants per km². It was a resort in the 19th century.
