Hossein Faraki ( fa, حسین فرکی, born 22 March 1957) is a retired Iranian football player and a coach. Personal life He was born on 22 March 1957 in Tehran, Iran. He began playing football with PAS Tehran in 1976. Faraki has a son named Hessam. Azadegan League
The Azadegan League ( fa, ليگ آزادگان, ''Lig-e Âzâdegân''), also known as League 1 ( fa, لیگ یک, ''Lig-e Yek''), is the second highest division of professional football in Iran. It was the top-level football league in Iran from its foundation in 1991 until 2001, when the Persian Gulf Pro League was established. Each year, the top finishing teams in the Azadegan League are promoted to the Persian Gulf Pro League, and the lowest finishing teams are relegated to League 2. Since 2016, the league comprises 18 teams. The winner and the runner-up of the Azadegan League are automatically promoted to the Persian Gulf Pro League. Bijan Zolfagharnasab
Bijan Zolfagharnasab ( fa, بیژن ذوالفقارنسب, born June 7, 1949 in Sanandaj) is a retired Iranian football player and currently a football manager. He started his professional career with Pas Tehran, before changing to Persepolis F.C. in 1974. There he could win the Iranian championship in 1976 and reach runner-up position in 1975, in 1977 and in 1978. After the Iranian Revolution he remained playing for Persepolis winning the Iranian nationwide tournament Espandi Cup in 1979 before retiring from football and starting his studies in Physical Education in Brussels. He was a starter at the 1976 Asian Cup in Tehran, which Iran won. He also participated in the football tournament at the 1976 Olympics, where Iran progressed to the quarter-finals. Firouz Karimi
Firouz Karimi ( fa, فیروز کریمی, born 12 April 1956) is an Iranian football coach. Early life Firouz Karimi was born on 13 April 1958 in Tehran, Iran. Playing career He began playing football in Shahrbani F.C. in 1970 and joined Pas Tehran in 1976. He won the Takht Jamshid Cup twice with Pas. He left Pas in 1981 and joined Sarbaz but returned to Pas in 1984. He was also invited to the Iran national football team in 1980 but never played for the national team. He retired in 1984. Coaching career He was selected as head coach of Pas Tehran in 1989. He could bring the team from 2nd Division to the Azadegan League in 1990. He won the 1991–92 and 1992–93 seasons and brought the Asian Club Championship for the team in 1993. He resigned after it and was appointed as Sepahan head coach later. Ebrahim Ghasempour ( fa, ابراهیم قاسمپور; born 11 September 1957) is an Iranian association football coach and retired player who in 2013 managed Sanat Naft in Azadegan League. Early life Ghasempour was born on 11 September 1957 in Abadan, Iran and began his career by playing in the youth team of Sanat Naft in 1972. He joined the senior team in 1974 after winning the 1974 AFC Youth Championship. Playing career After playing for Sanat Naft for three years, he left the club in 1976 and joined Shahbaz reaching the third place in the Iranian league in 1976–77 with that club as one of the key players.
