Holland's Next Top Model (season 12)
The twelfth cycle of ''Holland's Next Top Model'' premiered on 2 September 2019 on RTL5. Anna Nooshin reprised the role the show's host. The panel of judges was again composed of cycle 2 winner Kim Feenstra and photographer Nigel Barker. JeanPaul Paula did not return, in his place there will be a different guest judge each week. RTL 5 is a Dutch free-to-cable television channel that was launched on 2 October 1993. s-Hertogenbosch (), colloquially known as Den Bosch (), is a city and municipality in the Netherlands with a population of 157,486. Loiza Lamers (born 9 January 1995) is a Dutch model and businesswoman best known for being the winner of the eighth cycle of ''Holland's Next Top Model'', and the world's first transgender winner of the global ''Top Model'' TV-franchise. Early life Lamers, a Gelderland native, was born in Driel in 1995. Lamers expressed her gender nonconformity early in life, beginning her gender transition early in her childhood. At the age of 10, Lamers was featured in a 2005 documentary by Charlotte Hoogakker titled ''Van Lucas naar Luus'' (From Lucas to Luus), which focused on her transition. Hoogeveen
Hoogeveen (; nds-nl, 't Ogeveine or '' 't Oveine'') is a municipality and a town in the Dutch province of Drenthe. Population centres Elim, Fluitenberg, Hoogeveen and Noordscheschut, which still have the canals which used to be throughout the town. Rottum, Friesland
Rottum is a village in De Fryske Marren in the province of Friesland, the Netherlands. It had a population of around 675 in 2017. History It was first mentioned in the late 13th century as Ruthne. A chapel was constructed in the 14th century, and the judge for had its seat in Rottum. Landtags were also held in the village. The chapel was replaced by a church in 1414, and demolished in 1791. Hoorn
Hoorn () is a city and municipality in the northwest of the Netherlands, in the province of North Holland. It is the largest town and the traditional capital of the region of West Friesland. Sommelsdijk
Sommelsdijk is a village on the island of Goeree-Overflakkee, South Holland, the Netherlands, and part of the municipality of the same name. Sommelsdijk has (1 January 2022) 7,195 inhabitants which makes it the second largest settlement after Middelharnis on the island. In the past, Sommelsdijk was the only place on the island of Goeree-Overflakee that was part of the province of Zeeland. In 1805 it was made a part of Holland, and remained such under the amendment of the Dutch Constitution of 1814. Early March 1941 during the Second World War, nearly two hundred young men from Sommelsdijk were incarcerated for one month because of insulting the German army and the Dutch police.
