Lake Hodges is a lake and reservoir located within the city limits of San Diego, California. It is about north of Downtown San Diego, just north of the Rancho Bernardo community, and just south of the city's border with Escondido. Hodges Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium at the University of North Florida (UNF), and the home field for the North Florida Ospreys soccer, track and field, and cross country teams. The Hodges House is a historic house at 41 Worcester Street in Taunton, Massachusetts. Built about 1850, it is a well-preserved example of a Greek Revival Cape style house. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. Description and history The Hodges House is located in a rural residential area of northwestern Taunton, on the northeast side of Worcester Street a short way south of its junction with Norton Road. It is a -story Cape style house, with a side gable roof and clapboarded exterior. It has a slightly off-center central chimney. The front is five bays wide, with two sash windows on either side of the entrance. The main entry is flanked by sidelight windows and pilasters, and is topped by an entablature. Hodges House (Carrollton, Illinois)
The Hodges House is a historic house located at 532 N. Main St. in Carrollton, Illinois. The house was built circa 1825 and remodeled in the Federal style in 1829. Lawyer Charles D. Hodges purchased the house in 1850; soon afterward, he expanded the house and added Italianate features, such as the paired brackets along the roof line. Hodges served as a Greene County judge from 1853 until 1859, when he was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives to replace the deceased Thomas L. Harris. Hodges returned to his law practice when Harris' term ended later in 1859; he later served as a circuit judge and a state senator. Hodges House (Bismarck, Arkansas)
The Hodges House is a historic house on the east side of Arkansas Highway 7 south of the rural community of Bismarck, Arkansas. It is a distinctive single-story wood-frame house, with a projecting polygonal bay at one corner, and a porch that wraps around three sides of the house. The porch is supported by turned posts and has an elaborate Folk Victorian balustrade. The house was built in 1907 by Lee and Clara DeBray, and was sold to Thomas and Charlotte Hodges in 1925. Both of the Hodgeses were leading figures in the early development of archaeology in the state of Arkansas, amassing a collection of more than 50,000 artifacts, and occupying leadership positions in the Arkansas Archaeological Society. Hodges Drive is a main west–east road in Joondalup, north of Perth, Western Australia. It begins in the suburb of Ocean Reef at a T-junction with Ocean Reef Road and runs through the residential areas in Ocean Reef, Connolly and Heathridge, before terminating at Joondalup Drive. The road continues from there as Grand Boulevard. Hodges Drive is a four lane dual-carriageway for its entire length. Hodges is a town in Greenwood County, South Carolina, United States. The population was 155 at the 2010 census. The mayor is Michael George. Hodges was named after Major General George Washington Hodges, who was commander of all of South Carolina's militia. Hodges was born September 9, 1792, and died March 24, 1876.
