Hochchheta Ki
''Hochheta Ki?'' or ''Hochchheta ki?'' ( bn, হচ্ছেটা কি? en, What's Happening?) is a 2008 Bengali comedy drama film directed by Basu Chatterjee. Chatterjee, director of ''Chhoti Si Baat'', ''Baaton Baaton Mein'' and ''Khatta Meetha'', tried to create a film in the style of David Dhawan. Plot ''Hochheta Ki'' is the story of a medical representative (''chhaposha'' Bangalibabu) who falls in love with another woman four years into his marriage. That may not be a problem; the problem is the way he looks into the camera and starts telling the story of his life. The two girls are Gharwali (Paoli Dam) and Baharwali (Arunima Ghosh). Basu Chatterjee
Basu Chatterjee ( bn, বাসু চ্যাটার্জ্জী; 10 January 1927 – 4 June 2020) was an Indian film director and screenwriter. Through the 1970s and 1980s, Chatterjee became associated with what came to be known as middle cinema or middle-of-the-road cinema filmmakers, such as Hrishikesh Mukherjee and Basu Bhattacharya, whom he assisted on ''Teesri Kasam'' (1966). ''Khatta Meetha'' (English: ''Sweet and Sour'') is a 1978 Hindi film directed by Basu Chatterjee. The film stars Ashok Kumar, Rakesh Roshan, Bindiya Goswami, Pearl Padamsee, Deven Verma, David Abraham Cheulkar, Ranjit Chowdhry, Preeti Ganguly, Pradeep Kumar and Iftekhar. Ramaprasad Banik (রমাপ্রসাদ বনিক) (1954–2010) was a Bengali theatre actor, director and playwright. He also worked in films and televisions. He started his career at a very early age with ''Putul khela'', which was an adaptation of Henrik Ibsen's A Doll's House. This play was directed by Sombhu Mitra.
