Hjalmar Kinberg
Johan Gustaf Hjalmar Kinberg (13 May 1820 – 29 August 1908) was a Swedish zoologist, physician and veterinarian who was born in Grönby, near Trelleborg, Skåne County and who died in St. Matthew's Parish, Stockholm. Family Hjalmar Kinberg's father was a rural dean, as was his grandfather, . His mother, Margareta Lovisa Schlyter, was the sister of Professor Carl Johan Schlyter, a noted Swedish lawyer and academic. Kinberg married twice, first, in 1854, to Helena Stockenberg (1831–1858). After the death of his first wife, he married again in 1859 to Aurore Hammarskjöld. He had two children: Arvid Gustaf Kinberg who was born in 1860 and Gottfrid Hilding Kinberg who was born in 1874. He is the great-great-grandfather of Anna Kinberg Batra, a Swedish politician who was Leader of the Moderate Party and Leader of the Opposition in Sweden. Trelleborg Municipality
Trelleborg Municipality (''Trelleborgs kommun'') is the southernmost municipality of Sweden, in Skåne County. Its seat is located in the city Trelleborg. The present municipality was created in 1967 through the amalgamation of the ''City of Trelleborg'' with five rural municipalities. It consists of over thirty original local government units. Carl Jacob Sundevall
Carl Jakob Sundevall (22 October 1801, Högestad – 2 February 1875) was a Swedish zoologist. Sundevall studied at Lund University, where he became a Ph.D. in 1823. After traveling to East Asia, he studied medicine, graduating as Doctor of Medicine in 1830. He was employed at the Swedish Museum of Natural History, Stockholm from 1833, and was professor and keeper of the vertebrate section from 1839 to 1871. He wrote ''Svenska Foglarna'' (1856–87) which described 238 species of birds observed in Sweden. He classified a number of birds collected in southern Africa by Johan August Wahlberg. In 1835, he developed a phylogeny for the birds based on the muscles of the hip and leg that contributed to later work by Thomas Huxley. He then went on to examine the arrangement of the deep plantar tendons in the bird's foot. This latter information is still used by avian taxonomists.
