Virgin Radio launched in the United Kingdom in 1993. In 2008, Virgin Radio UK was sold to TIML, a subsidiary of The Times of India group, and the name was changed to Absolute Radio; the Virgin Radio name was not included in the sale. Mithun Ramesh
Mithun Ramesh (born 4 May 1981) is an Indian actor and television presenter working in Malayalam films and television. He is also a radio jockey on Hit 96.7 FM in Dubai. He made his acting debut in 2000 with the film ''Life Is Beautiful''. In 2013, along with his colleague Sindhu Biju, he set a Guinness World Record for the "longest marathon for a radio music show" that lasted for 84 hours and 15 minutes. Nyla Usha Gopakumar is an Indian actress, television host, and radio jockey from Trivandrum, Kerala. After working for nearly a decade as an RJ at Hit 96.7 in Dubai, she made her acting debut in 2013 with '' Kunjananthante Kada''. Early life Nyla was born to Gopakumar and Usha Kumari in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. She did her schooling at the Holy Angel's Convent Trivandrum and pursued her college education at All Saints College, Thiruvananthapuram. In 2004, she moved to Dubai and joined the radio station Hit 96.7 where she worked as a radio jockey. Deepak Devraj Komath (born 30 April 1978), better known as Deepak Dev, is an Indian music composer, best known for his compositions in Malayalam cinema. He started his career in the Film Industry through the movie ''Chronic Bachelor'' (2003) directed by Siddique. Deepak is also a former member of the Kochi based Indian rock band Motherjane. Early years Deepak Dev is a native of Tellicherry in Kerala, and grew up in Dubai. He studied at the Indian High School there and learned Indian Carnatic music since childhood.
