Himmat is a women's safety mobile application of Delhi Police. It was launched by Home Minister Rajnath Singh Rajnath Singh (; born 10 July 1951) is an Indian politician serving as the Defence Minister of India. The Delhi Police (DP) is the law enforcement agency for the National Capital Territory of Delhi (NCT).
