Hillside Shopping Centre, also referred to as Hillside Mall, is a commercial shopping mall in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. It was built in 1962 and has recently completed a major renovation. The centre is home to 100+ shops and services including a spacious food court with 14 vendors. Stores include Marshalls, Sport Chek / Atmosphere, Bolen Books, Thrifty Foods, and Canadian Tire, with one vacant anchor last occupied by Sears, which became a Walmart on June 16, 2022. Victoria Regional Transit System provides public transportation in the Greater Victoria region of British Columbia, Canada. Its operations are governed by the Victoria Regional Transit Commission in association with BC Transit. There were more than 25 million riders in 2010. Dollarama is a Canadian dollar store retail chain headquartered in Montreal. Since 2009 it is Canada's largest retailer of items for five dollars or less.
