Hilda Augustovičová
Hilda Augustovičová (6 August 1934 – 18 December 2022) was a Slovak actress and theatre manager. Life and career Augustovičová was born in the village of Budmerice on 6 August 1934. She grew up in Pezinok. Augustovičová was among the first graduates of the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. In 1952 she joined the Janko Borodáč theatre in Nitra Nitra (; also known by other alternative names) is a city in western Slovakia, situated at the foot of Zobor Mountain in the valley of the river Nitra. It is located 95 km east of Bratislava. With a population of about 78,353, it is the fifth la ... as an actress, where she spent her entire career. From 1972 to 1982 she was the Art Director of the Theatre and from 1982 to 1990 she led the theatre as its Director. During her tenure as the Director, a new theatre building was constructed. Budmerice ( hu, Gidrafa) is a village and municipality in western Slovakia in Pezinok District in the Bratislava region. Names and etymology The name comes from Slavic magnate name '' BudeměrЪ'' with Slavic/Slovak suffix ''-ice''. Pezinok
Pezinok (; hu, Bazin; german: Bösing; lat, Bazinium) is a town in southwestern Slovakia. It is roughly northeast of Bratislava and, as of December 2018, had a population of 23,002. Pezinok lies near the Little Carpathians and thrives mainly on viticulture and agriculture, as well as on brick-making and ceramic(s) production.
