Hilary Robinson
Hilary Robinson is a fictional character from the Australian soap opera '' Neighbours'', played by Anne Scott-Pendlebury. The character first appeared on-screen during the episode broadcast on 25 June 1987. Hilary departed the show on 28 February 1990, following Scott-Pendlebury's decision to quit in 1989. Scott-Pendlebury reprised her role in 2005 for the serial's 20th anniversary episode, and again in February 2015 ahead of the 30th anniversary. Writers established that Hilary is back living in Erinsborough, so she can continue to make sporadic appearances. She is characterised as a bossy and meddling woman who lacks romance and seeks comfort interfering with her Neighbours' personal lives. Hilary's main storyline was mothering an illegitimate child, Matt Robinson (Ashley Paske). He arrives in Erinsborough to forge a relationship with his birth mother. Anne Scott-Pendlebury (also known as Anne Pendlebury) is an Australian television, film and theatre actress. She played the role of Hilary Robinson in the soap opera '' Neighbours''. Career Scott-Pendlebury is the daughter of L. Scott Pendlebury and Eleanor "Nornie" Gude; both were artists. She is the sister of Andrew Pendlebury, a musician. Scott-Pendlebury began her career working in theatre with the Melbourne Theatre Company. In 1970, she took the role of Ariel in the Victorian Shakespeare Company production of '' The Tempest''. Neighbours 30th Anniversary
The ''Neighbours'' 30th Anniversary was a series of celebrations to mark the 30th anniversary of Australian television soap opera '' Neighbours''. The celebrations span over two weeks, beginning on 4 March 2015 in Australia, while starting on 18 March in the United Kingdom. The anniversary features many storylines, but points around Paul Robinson's ( Stefan Dennis) Erinsborough festival and the wedding of Daniel Robinson ( Tim Phillipps) and Amber Turner ( Jenna Rosenow). The serial's executive producer, Jason Herbison, began planning the 30th anniversary over a year in advance. Fiona Corke (born 24 September 1961) is an Australian actress best known for her role as Gail Robinson on the Australian soap opera ''Neighbours''. Career Corke began her career with a minor role in the film 'I Live with Me Dad.' Corke appeared as a guest star in ''Zoo Family'' in 1985. She then had a role in '' Prisoner: Cell Block H'' in 1986 as Alison Mills who dated derided prison officer Rodney Adams. Gail Lewis (also Robinson) is a fictional character from the Australian soap opera ''Neighbours'', played by Fiona Corke. She made her first screen appearance during the episode broadcast on 11 March 1987. Corke left the role in 1989, but made appearances in 2005, 2006 and 2007. Stefan Dennis (born 30 October 1958) is an Australian actor and singer best known for playing the role of cold-hearted and ruthless businessman Paul Robinson in the soap opera ''Neighbours'' from its first episode on March 18, 1985.
