''Here Anonymous'' is the second studio album of Los Angeles–based indie rock group Eulogies, released by Dangerbird Records on April 7, 2009, on CD as well as 12" vinyl. The album was co-produced by Peter Walker and Hrishikesh Hirway ( The One A.M. Radio), who also worked together on Eulogies' self-titled debut album in 2007. Noted producer Tony Hoffer served as executive producer and mixer of the album. Founding member and bassist Tim Hutton left the band shortly after recording resumed for this album, and he was replaced by Garrett Deloian in January 2009. Guitarist Drew Phillips makes his recording debut with the band on ''Here Anonymous'' as well. Eulogies (band)
Eulogies was an American rock band based in Los Angeles, California. The final lineup consisted of Peter Walker on guitar and vocals, Drew Phillips on guitar, Chris Reynolds on drums, and Ashley Dzerigian on bass. Former Eulogies bass player Tim Hutton and Chris Reynolds originally began playing with Peter Walker under the aegis of his solo work. After touring the US extensively in 2006, the trio was reborn under the name Eulogies. Drew Phillips joined the band in 2008, while Garrett Deloian joined the band in January 2009 (replacing bassist Tim Hutton, who left Eulogies shortly after recording resumed for their second album). They are signed to Los Angeles indie label Dangerbird Records, through which they released their self-titled debut album on September 11, 2007. Dangerbird Records
Dangerbird Records is an independent record label in Los Angeles, California. The label is home to artists from around the world and part of the burgeoning Silver Lake music scene. The label has had international success from its small roster of artists including Silversun Pickups, Fitz and the Tantrums, Sebadoh, Minus the Bear, and The Frights History The two founders represented different roles in the music industry. Jeff Castelaz had managed Feist, Phoenix, Citizen King, and others, while Peter Walker was a singer-songwriter. The label's first release: Walker's solo album ''Landed''. Their business approach includes a strong emphasis on artist development, and working with a network of partners to help the bands reach a wide market. Hrishikesh Hirway
Hrishikesh Hirway (born February 1, 1979) is an American musician, producer, and podcast and television host. He has made four albums under the name The One AM Radio, and has a side project with Lakeith Stanfield called Moors. He is the creator and host of the podcasts ''Song Exploder, The West Wing Weekly'' (co-hosted with Joshua Malina), ''Home Cooking'' (co-hosted with Samin Nosrat), and ''Partners''. He is the host and executive producer of the Netflix television adaptation ''Song Exploder''. As a composer, Hirway scored the Netflix television show ''Everything Sucks!'' and the films '' Our Nixon'' and ''Save the Date''. Early life Hirway was born in Peabody, Massachusetts. Tony Hoffer is an American record producer, songwriter, and music mixer. Career Hoffer is credited for his work on multiple platinum-selling albums including The Kooks, The Thrills, Beck, Supergrass, Turin Brakes and Air. Silversun Pickups is an American alternative rock band from Los Angeles that was formed in 2000. The band is composed of Brian Aubert, Nikki Monninger, Christopher Guanlao, and Joe Lester.
