Henry Jackson (football Manager)
Henry 'Swin' Jackson (born c. 1850) was an English football secretary-manager and director. He joined West Bromwich Albion's first board of directors in 1891. He served the club as general secretary-manager from 1892 to 1894, remaining as a director for much of that period. Leicester City Football Club is an English professional football club based in Leicester in the East Midlands of England. The club competes in the Premier League, the highest level of England's football league system, and plays its home matches at King Power Stadium. The club was founded in 1884 as Leicester Fosse F.C, playing on a field near Fosse Road. They moved to Filbert Street in 1891, were elected to the Football League in 1894 and adopted the name Leicester City in 1919.
