Henderson Motorsports is an American professional stock car racing team that currently competes in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, fielding the No. 75 Chevrolet Silverado part-time for Parker Kligerman. Rick Wilson (racing Driver)
Rick Wilson (born January 31, 1953) is a former NASCAR Winston Cup driver. He began racing in 1980, and posted 23 top-ten finishes over his career. NASCAR's website says that he is probably best known for his "close, side-by-side second to Bill Elliott in Daytona's summer event in 1988." He was also known for taking over Richard Petty's car at Petty Enterprises after Petty retired in a car numbered 44. Career Wilson's most successful run came from 1986 until 1989, driving the No. 4 car for Morgan-McClure Motorsports, when he was a consistent top-20 driver and won his only pole position, at Bristol Motor Speedway. Wilson also famously narrowly lost the 1988 Pepsi 400 to Bill Elliott, which was the best finish, at the time, for MMM. Glenn Jarrett
Glenn Jarrett (born August 11, 1950) is an American former NASCAR driver from Conover, North Carolina and the oldest son of Ned Jarrett and older brother of Dale Jarrett. He made 10 Winston Cup starts from 1978 to 1983 with a best finish of 12th at Ontario Motor Speedway. He then drove in the Busch Series where he made 67 starts from 1982 to 1993 with a best finish of 4th and finished 13th in 1984 series points. He was then a pit reporter for TNN's coverage of NASCAR. Scott Lagasse
Scott Lagasse Sr. (pronounced LAG-a-say) (born February 20, 1959) is a former race car driver. He has competed in multiple series, most notably the NASCAR Winston Cup Series. Racing career SCCA Beginning in 1985, he became the first driver to earn Novice, Regional and National License all in the same season. More impressive was winning the SCCA National Championship in his very first season of racing. Scott went on the following season to capture the SCCA National Championship again as well as winning an SCCA PRO Title. Jay Sauter
Jason Garrett Sauter (born June 22, 1962) is an American former professional stock car racing driver. He previously drove the No. 34 Chevrolet Monte Carlo for Frank Cicci Racing in the Busch Series. Sauter is the son of former NASCAR driver Jim Sauter, and the brother of fellow drivers Tim Sauter and Johnny Sauter. He also is an uncle to Travis Sauter (son of Tim). Kelly Denton (born March 10, 1973) is an American former professional stock car racing driver who competed in NASCAR between 1996 and 2002. Racing career Craftsman Truck Series Denton drove a second Grier Lackey Dodge in two races in 1996. He piloted the No. 03 Mopar Dodge in his first career race at Martinsville Speedway, starting in 8th place, but finished last (36th) after mechanical woes. He also ran the next race at North Wilkesboro Speedway, starting 7th and finishing 18th. Denton would make eight starts in 1997, driving for Lackey in the first five of those starts. Jimmy Hensley
James Hensley (born October 11, 1945) is a former NASCAR driver. With a career spanning 27 seasons in all three of NASCAR's elite divisions, Hensley may be best remembered for his Rookie of the Year award won in 1992, his 15th season in the series, and for his nine career Busch Series wins. He spent most of his career working as an oil truck driver in addition to racing. He was best known as being a substitute driver for many teams. Early career Hensley's NASCAR career began in 1972, driving for famous owner Junie Donlavey in the No. 90 Ford. Both of his starts that season came at Martinsville Speedway, the track being just ten miles from Hensley's hometown of Ridgeway, VA. Henry "Butch" Miller (born June 5, 1952) is an American retired stock car racing driver. He is a multi-time champion in the now-defunct American Speed Association stock car series. NASCAR Early career In 1985, Miller ran his first Busch Series races, driving for LeRoy Throop, driving the No. 08 MSW Spyders Pontiac in four events. He made four races, and had a 2nd-place finish at Bristol Motor Speedway. The next year, in 1986, he went to victory lane at the Indianapolis Raceway Park. That same season, he made his Winston Cup debut, finishing 16th in his first race. Curtis William Markham (born September 21, 1959) is a former NASCAR driver who raced in all three top series. Born in Richmond, Virginia, Markham made his Busch debut in 1983 driving the #94 Frank Edwards Pontiac with a best finish of 18th in three starts. In 1984 he made one start in the #85 J.R. Elton Everett Sawyer (born November 5, 1959) is a former NASCAR driver. He is married to former NASCAR driver Patty Moise. Sawyer is currently the Vice President, Officiating and Technical Inspection of NASCAR. Career Start Sawyer began his career in the NASCAR Busch Series. He ran a handful of races in 1983, 1984, and 1985, scoring 8 top tens while running his own team. From 1986 to 1989, he ran full-time seasons with Lewis Motorsports. Sawyer ran competitively, scoring many top tens, while finishing between 14th and 18th in points in all of those years.
