Heba Allejji ( ar, هبة اللجي; born 20 January 1997) is a Syrian table tennis player. She competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, in the Table tennis at the 2016 Summer Olympics – Women's singles, women's singles. She did not qualify for the games in the normal way but was invited to participate by the Tripartite Commission, through a system which aims "to provide universal representation as a fundamental aspect of the Olympic Games". Al-Hasakah ( ar, ٱلْحَسَكَة, al-Ḥasaka; ku, Heseke/حەسەکە; syr, ܚܣܝܟܐ Hasake), is the capital city of the Al-Hasakah Governorate, in the northeastern corner of Syria. With a 2004 census population of 188,160, it is the eighth most-populous city in Syria and the largest in Al-Hasakah Governorate. It is the administrative center of a Nahiyah ("subdistrict") consisting of 108 localities with a combined population of 251,570 in 2004. Al-Hasakah is predominantly populated by Arabs with large numbers of Kurds, Assyrians and a smaller number of Armenians. Al-Hasakah is south of the city of Qamishli. The Khabur River, a tributary of the Euphrates River, flows west–east through the city. The Jaghjagh River flows into the Khabur from the north at Al-Hasakah.
