Health Leads
Health Leads is a national non-profit organization based in Boston with a stated vision of "health, dignity, and well-being for every person, in every community." Currently, Health Leads operates at 20 desks with 15 clinical partners in six U.S. cities (Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, New York, Providence, and Washington, D.C.).
