Hartosh Singh Bal
Hartosh Singh Bal is currently the political editor of ''The Caravan'' magazine He is also an adjunct faculty member at Jindal School of Journalism & Communication at the O. P. Jindal Global University. He had been the political editor of ''OPEN'' magazine. Education Bal pursued his undergraduate education in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani. He then went on to pursue an MS in mathematics from New York University, USA. Career In November 2013, Bal was controversially fired from his position of political editor of ''OPEN'' magazine. Manu Joseph (born 22 July 1974) is an Indian journalist and writer. He is the former editor of ''Open'' magazine. Life and career Manu was born in Kottayam, Kerala, and grew up in Chennai. His father Joseph Madapally is a film maker who directed the Malayalam film Thoranam. He is a graduate of Loyola College, Chennai, and dropped out of Madras Christian College to become a staff writer at ''Society'' magazine.
