Harmeet Singh (footballer)
Harmeet Singh (born 12 November 1990) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Sandefjord. Club career Vålerenga Singh made his league debut under Martin Andresen in a 1–1 draw against Rosenborg BK in 2008. Singh's goal on 23 September 2009 against Molde in the semi-final of the 2009 Norwegian Football Cup, was nominated ''Goal of the Year'' in Norway in 2009. In a friendly game with Vålerenga former FC Barcelona manager Pep Guardiola praised Singh heavily after the game in which he scored a goal. With Vålerenga he won the 2008 Norwegian Football Cup and became runner-up in the 2009 Superfinalen and the 2010 Tippeligaen. Martin Andresen
Martin Andresen (born 2 February 1977) is a Norwegian former professional football player and manager, who played as a central midfielder. Club career Early career Andresen was born in Kråkstad. He was a regular on many Norway national youth teams while playing for Moss, Viking and Stabæk Fotball from 1995 to 1999. After the 1999 season, Andresen was sold to Premier League club Wimbledon in a deal worth £1 million. But like many of the other Norwegians in the club, his stay became short and unsuccessful. Dirk Kuyt
Dirk Kuijt (anglicised to Kuyt, ; born 22 July 1980) is a Dutch former professional footballer and was the head coach of Eerste Divisie side ADO Den Haag. Originally starting out as a striker, he played much of his career as a winger. Kuyt began his professional career with Utrecht in 1998 and quickly became part of its first team. He spent five years at the club, and in his final season he won his first senior honour, the KNVB Cup, and was chosen as the season's Dutch Golden Shoe Winner. Omar Elabdellaoui (born 5 December 1991) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a right back and as a right midfielder for Bodø/Glimt and the Norway national football team. Elabdellaoui began his career with Skeid before signing with Manchester City in 2008. He never appeared for the club. He made his professional debut while on loan at Strømsgodset. The 2010 Tippeligaen was the 66th completed season of top division football in Norway. The competition began on 14 March and ended on 7 November. Rosenborg was the defending champions, having secured their twenty-first league championship in 2009. 2009 Superfinalen
The 2009 Superfinalen was the first edition of Superfinalen, an annual football match contested by the winners of the previous season's Tippeligaen and Norwegian Cup competitions. It was played on 8 March 2009, at Telenor Arena in Bærum, between Stabæk and VĂĄlerenga, winners of the 2008 Tippeligaen and 2008 Norwegian Football Cup respectively. A collaboration between the Football Association of Norway, Norsk Toppfotball, the incumbent league and cup champions, and the broadcaster TV 2, the match was seen as a test of the viability of a Super Cup in Norway. Modeled on the FA Community Shield, the Superfinalen is intended to be a season opener, with the net proceeds of each match going to charity. In 2009, these proceeds were donated to UNICEF. 2008 Norwegian Football Cup
The 2008 Norwegian Football Cup was the 103rd season of Norwegian annual knockout football tournament. The competition started on 10 May 2008 with the first-round games and ended on 9 November 2008 with the final. The defending champions were Lillestrøm. The format of the Cup has not changed for this season what means that, unlike other European cup competitions, all teams (including Tippeligaen ones) entered the Cup in the First Round. In the First and Second Round amateur teams (or at least lower-placed at the time of the draw) were seeded and played the matches at home ground. Josep "Pep" Guardiola Sala (; born 18 January 1971) is a Spanish professional football manager and former player, who is the current manager of club Manchester City.
