Haris Epaminonda
Haris Epaminonda (born 1980 in Nicosia) is a Cypriot photographer and visual artist who lives and works in Berlin. Career Epaminonda's work has been displayed in exhibitions at the Schirn Kunsthalle Frankfurt, Tate Modern, Hamburger Bahnhof, Tel Aviv Museum of Art, the Berlin Biennale, and the Venice Biennale. In 2011, she had her first museum exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. At the 2019 Venice Biennale, Epaminonda won the Silver Lion for promising young participant in the central exhibition. Schirn Kunsthalle Frankfurt
The Schirn Kunsthalle is a Kunsthalle in Frankfurt, Germany, located in the old city between the Römer and the Frankfurt Cathedral. The Schirn exhibits both modern and contemporary art. It is the main venue for temporary art exhibitions in Frankfurt. Exhibitions included retrospectives of Wassily Kandinsky, Marc Chagall, Alberto Giacometti, Bill Viola, and Yves Klein. The Kunsthalle opened in 1986 and is financially supported by the city and the state. Hamburger Bahnhof
Hamburger Bahnhof is the former terminus of the Berlin–Hamburg Railway in Berlin, Germany, on Invalidenstrasse in the Moabit district opposite the Charité hospital. Today it serves as a contemporary art museum, the , part of the Berlin National Gallery. Original use as a railway station The station was built to Friedrich Neuhaus's plans in 1846/47 as the starting point of the Berlin–Hamburg Railway. It is the only surviving terminus building in Berlin from the late neoclassical period and one of the oldest station buildings in Germany. The building has not been used as a station since 1884, when northbound long-distance trains from Berlin began leaving from Lehrter Bahnhof (now Berlin Hauptbahnhof), just 400 m to the southwest.
