Happy Endings Productions is an Irish entertainment television production company, founded by Dara Ó Briain and Seamus Cassidy in 2003. Dara Ó Briain
Dara Ó Briain ( , ; born 4 February 1972) is an Irish comedian and television presenter based in the United Kingdom. He is noted for performing stand-up comedy shows all over the world and for hosting topical panel shows such as ''Mock the Week'', '' The Panel'', and '' The Apprentice: You're Fired!''. For his work on ''Mock the Week'', he was nominated for the British Academy Television Award for Best Entertainment Performance in 2012. Ó Briain's TV work also includes starring in and writing television comedy and documentary series. ''The Panel'' is a talk show produced by Happy Endings Productions for RTÉ, based on the Australian programme '' The Panel'', produced by Working Dog Productions for Network Ten. The theme song was "Waterfall" by The Stone Roses. Until 2006 it was hosted by Dara Ó Briain. Ó Briain, having presented ''Echo Island'', came to popular acclaim at home through his regular appearances in '' Don't Feed the Gondolas'', a topical comedy show in the same Monday night slot on Network 2. Andrew Maxwell (born 3 December 1974) is an Irish comedian and narrator, known for narrating the MTV reality series ''Ex on the Beach''. ''Saturday Night with Miriam'' was a televised talk show first broadcast on RTÉ One in the summer of 2005. Miriam O'Callaghan (born 6 January 1960) is an Irish television current affairs presenter with RTÉ. O'Callaghan has presented '' Prime Time'' since 1996, and her own summer talk show, '' Saturday Night with Miriam'', from 2005 onwards.
