Hanny Kellner
Hanny Kellner (October 31, 1892 – January 2, 1976) was an Austrian diving (sport), diver who competed in the 1912 Summer Olympics. She was born in Vienna. In 1912 she was eliminated in the first round of the Diving at the 1912 Summer Olympics – Women's 10 metre platform, 10 metre platform event. She did not finish the competition. Hanny Michaelis
Hanny Michaelis (19 December 1922 – 11 June 2007) was a Dutch poet. The daughter of Alfred Michaelis and Gonda Sara Swaab, both Jewish, she was born in Amsterdam. Her parents were sent to Sobibór in 1943 and never returned. She lived in hiding from 1942 to 1945. After World War II, Michaelis worked for the Artistic Affairs department of the municipality of Amsterdam . In 1948, she married the writer Gerard Kornelis van het Reve; they separated in 1959. She was awarded the Anna Bijns Prize in 1996. Her work has a prevailing tone of melancholy, loneliness and despair, although her last collection of poems has a more vital tone to it and moments of humour. Michaelis died in Amsterdam at the age of 84. Black Majesty
Black Majesty is an Australian power metal band formed in 2001 as Kymera. The band was founded by guitarist Steve Janevski (ex-Cyclone Tracy) and bassist Cory Betts (ex-Pegazus). After the release of a three track sampler album, they signed a five-album contract with German-based label, LMP Records. The group released their fifth studio album, ''Stargazer'', in July 2012. History Early: Kymera The band was formed in Melbourne in 2001 under the name Kymera. Guitarist Steve Janevski was drawn from Cyclone Tracy, a long-running heavy rock/hair metal outfit. Hanny R. Saputra (born 11 May 1965) is an Indonesian director. One of his films, '' Under the Protection of Ka'Bah'', was Indonesia's submission for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film in the 84th Academy Awards. Biography Saputra was born in Salatiga, Central Java, on 11 May 1965. As a child he enjoyed watching movies, and in 1985 he enrolled in the Jakarta Art Institute to learn filmmaking. John R. (born John Richbourg, August 20, 1910 - February 15, 1986) was an American radio disc jockey who attained fame in the 1950s and 1960s for playing rhythm and blues music on Nashville radio station WLAC. He was also a notable record producer and artist manager. Richbourg was arguably the most popular and charismatic of the four announcers at WLAC who showcased popular African-American music in nightly programs from the late 1940s to the early 1970s. (The other three were Gene Nobles, Herman Grizzard, and Bill "Hoss" Allen.) Later rock music disc jockeys, such as Alan Freed and Wolfman Jack, mimicked Richbourg's practice of using speech that simulated African-American street language of the mid-twentieth century.
